If your coming from  Hwy 2A, then turn  into 45th St, and then past Dairy Queen (DQ), turn right into our clinic. 

If your driving East from 54 Ave, then turn right into 45th St. 

If you are driving West from Highway street, past the McDonald's and Travel Lodge Building , then turn left into 45th St. 

You will see big displays saying Community Fit. Then you've came to the right place.
